Wczoraj nadrobiłem zaległości biegowe z poprzedniego tygodnia. Tym razem pogoda była idealna, słonecznie ale wietrznie. W niedzielę to tak wiało, że prawie porwało mi stół z krzesłami z balkonu, wszystko było zakryte plandeką na zimę i związane do kupy, a mimo tego wiatr zerwał plandekę i poprzestawiał meble.
[ENG] Yesterday I caught up on my running from the previous week. This time the weather was perfect, sunny but windy. On Sunday it was so windy that the table and chairs on my balcony were almost blown away, everything was covered with a tarpaulin for the winter and tied together, but still the wind tore the tarpaulin off and rearranged the furniture.
Biegłem wczoraj zaległy trening z niedzieli. Weekendowe treningi w planie są dłuższe od tych w środku tygodnia, więc wczoraj musiałem mierzyć się z prawie podwójnym dystansem niż zwykle. W zasadzie nie miałem z tym problemu, tylko dobre rozplanowanie trasy zawiodło. Może gdybym pobiegł tak jak myślałem na początku to nie musiałbym robić na koniec dwóch kółek po bierzni wokół boiska. Ale ja w trakcie biegu przekalkulowałem sobie, że taka trasa powinna wystarczyć, a tu d…a. Nie przepadam za kręceniem kółek wokół stadionu, może dlatego, że kojarzą mi się z dużym wysiłkiem w czasie interwałów. Wczoraj wystarczyły dwa kółka, żeby dobiec do końca treningu, więc nie było tak źle. Najważniejsze, że fajne samopoczucie i kopniak adrenaliny na resztę dnia w pracy.
[ENG] I ran the missed workout from Sunday yesterday. The weekend workouts on the schedule are longer than the midweek ones, so yesterday I had to face almost double the distance than usual. I didn’t actually have a problem with it, it was just good route planning that let it down. Maybe if I had run as I thought at the start I wouldn’t have had to do two laps on the track around the pitch at the end. But I calculated during the run that such a route should be enough, and here it was no. I am not fond of running circles around the stadium, maybe because I associate them with high effort during intervals. Yesterday it took me just two laps to get to the end of the workout, so it wasn’t so bad. Most importantly, a cool feeling and an adrenaline kick for the rest of the day at work.
