Greetings my friends and all lovers of physical activities all over the world. Welcome to my Actifit Report for sunday the 23/03/2025. I think this year’s rain is going to be destructive. I said this because the rains are just coming but it’s damage to the environment is already felt. Imagine going through all these from now till the end of the year!

The rain attempted to mess up the morning for me. Some will argue that it is doing its job, anyway I said this because the level of destruction recorded is already alarming.

I attended church service and thereafter went for meeting and returned around 5:00pm.

Once at home, I completed some few online tasks before I then retired for the day.
