we all know, walking is one of the simplest and most effective ways to keep our bodies healthy. i do regular walking that help reduce fat, improve my health, and boost my mood. After a long break, I’m very much happy to share that I’ve achieved my 10,000 steps,
Actifit is a platform that rewards us for staying active, it is true that has been a game-changer for me. The concept of “move to earn” is not only motivating us but also encourages us to imporve health and fitness.
My journey with Actifit began a few years ago when I was actively participating in the platform on a daily basis. but , due to some personal reasons, I could not stay active . But now, I’m back with more passion to stay active like past.
Last week, I started my walking routine again, and I’m loving every minute of it. The morning walks have been particularly enjoyable, with the sweet sounds of birds chirping and the breathtaking views of nature. It’s amazing how a simple walk can clear your mind and set a positive tone for the day.
My today walk was from Mochh village to Pai Khel valley. i think achieving 10,000-step goal, which is a big record for me after a long time.
