My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2022

Hello buddy👋🏻!! My day today has been super busy since the morning 🔥 with a super crossfit workout… 5 min warm-up on the bike ♀️ 🚴🏻 and 5 rounds of deadlift increasing the weight in each round… then we had a 20 minute 10 round workout of 11 deadlift and 100 meters running 🏃🏻‍♀️.

Ciao amichi !! Mi día de hoy súper movido desde la mañana 🔥 con un súper entrenamiento crossfit… 5 min calentamiento en la bicicleta 🚴🏻‍♀️ y 5 rondas de deadlift aumentando el peso en cada ronda… luego de nos tocó un entrenamiento de 20 minutos de 10 rondas de 11 deadlift y 100 metros corriendo 🏃🏻‍♀️.
