Before going shopping at noon, I went for a jog then the stair-mill and some aerobics.
Staying away from workouts because of the academy has been a good excuse that has gone on for far too long. Perfect excuse since we have been out of the academy for a month’s break for more than a week now.
Then came the kiddies sewing project which took forever and thankfully ended yesterday.
I went shopping for some things at the market in my sports attire, things that are important for the new year and for moving forward generally; getting better at what I do.
I got a recorder/ speaker, a phone holder and lighting for my room so I could make more videos at night.
I got home from the market and wanted to rest a bit before heading out for an appointment by 1 pm but was called to stand in for my friend for a reading in the church at 12 noon. I ate quickly and dashed out.
I was done and at the bank a few minutes before 1 pm and at the megastore by 2 pm.
Of all these beautiful boxes and hampers, guess what I got?
A journal for the new year, a measurement book, a highlighting pen and a set of artist pencils.
No more searching for different jotters for measurements and a big yes to more organization. Mighty grateful I could find them and afford them too. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽 it is the making for a splendid New Year.
It feels good to be alive and grateful. Aren’t you?💕✨
