Today was a wholesome day and you can see this from my picture above and that was me rounding off for the day (4pm to be precise).
I started out my day like any other, though with an extra because I followed through with my SAVERS. My miracle morning activities for great success, coined from the book “miracle morning millionaire by Brian Tracey”
S- Silence - meditating and praying
A- Affirmation -positive compliments to self
V- Visualizing - verbal dreams being pictured
E- Exercise - walk / dance / jog / aerobics
R- Reading - ebook/podcast that enlightens
S- Scribbling - writing the bits from the book read that I would love to remember.
I don’t necessarily get them done in that order in the morning, though I ensure I finish them up before the day runs out.
I went for my evening tutoring with such enthusiasm and joy that you might give me a hug just by seeing the smiles on my face from deep within my belly :)
One might ask ‘how can you know if a smile comes from deep within?’ For sure you will; it’s not seeking approval nor is it focused on a particular happening as you go by to fade again. It shows not just on the lips but in your eyes, your physical outlook in carriage of self and the list goes on…😁
I walked a long distance and didn’t feel the brunt of it as I was in my own space dreaming, visualizing and listening to Joel Osteen’s podcast “asking big” which further buttressed on how much I am loved and can achieve all I set my heart to do.
I can do this and I will keep at it till my dying breath as my goals get fulfilled one day at a time and every step of the way. So can you💪😘
