My Actifit Report Card: April 10 2025

It may sound strange to hear that what we see actually happened 15 seconds ago, but it is possible to explain it from a scientific point of view. When we look at something, light actually comes out of that object and reaches our eyes. The eye receives that light and converts it into an electrical signal and sends it to the brain. The brain then analyzes that signal and creates an image in front of us. This whole process is very fast, but it takes a small amount of time. Normally, our brain and eyes work together to complete the whole thing in just a few milliseconds, but when we see something very far away, this time can be much longer.
