Still not where I want to be, but I am improving, mostly mentally. I have this upper back pain when I run and I’m starting to get used to the throbbing. My chiropractor says that I should probably cut back on the runnning, but I can’t do that until after my half marathon. So… Suffering through the pain is all I can do for now.
