Hello and good day to each and every one especially to the Actifit users. Today, I have got less than 7,000 steps and I only do two things, one is cleaning our front yard and the other one was going to the store. In the morning, as my not so usual routine which is cleaning our front yard because there were lots of leaves that were spreading in the front yard because of the mango tree that was planted by my father but this tree is useful because we can stay for a little bit and get the fresh air even if it is sunny.

At night, when I told my sister that I will go outside to take a walk, my sister asked me to buy something for her because she is hungry and she said that she would like a pizza siopao in the 7/11 store and I didn’t hesitate to say okay to her because I can benefit from going to that store and to go home.

I walked passed through the street dogs while barking at me and a few people that were also sitting on a bench talking to other person that they knew. As I went inside the 7/11, I grab the clippers to get the pizza siopao and as for me, I bought a Gatorade because I am thirsty and I like to drink Gatorade.

After I paid the bill, I went back home holding these foods that I bought while walking and there were lots of dogs that were barking along the way but I grab the Gatorade to scare these dogs and it’s effective because the dogs were going back while I hold my Gatorade.
