Early in the morning I took my bicycle and cycled to the Marine Casino terrace.
While enjoying the view from above, one part of the beach caught my attention. A thin strip of sand had formed like a small peninsula on the shore, which the first rays of the sun would surely color beautifully. I had 6 minutes before sunrise and I figured I would have time to get there.
I quickly got down to the shore and pushed the bicycle at a fast pace and reached the place.
Just then, the sun appeared on the horizon, coloring the still-sleeping sea surface. I enjoyed the new colors and stepped into different places to see the reflections from new angles.
I continued to walk on the sand, and there a sparse but tall vegetation showed its presence and seemed to be waiting to be lit by the first rays of the sun.
I passed a sports field on the sand and a long graffiti wall.
Then I cycled back along the boardwalk.
