El día de hoy me paré temprano a eso de las 7am para poder practicar con un amigo unos ejercicios de Contabilidad, porque tenía un examen en la universidad y como no había repasado pensé que era muy complicado el tema, pero la verdad, resultó ser mas fácil de lo que pensé y se que salí muy bien en este examen.🙏🏼

Como salí temprano, aproveché y de ahí me fui con una amiga de la universidad para ir a ver algunas cosas en los centros comerciales “Gran Bazar” y "Cima", compramos algo de comer y terminamos de ver unas cosas para irnos cada uno a su casa.

El día de hoy no fui a entrenar porque sinceramente necesitaba un descanso, el día martes fui al gym y el día de ayer realicé un dropset muy desgastante, sabía que si llegaba a ir hoy no iba a rendir bien y por eso mejor decidí no ir. Además, por varios exámenes en la universidad últimamente no he descansado nada y el descanso es algo muy esencial en el deporte.

Today I stopped early around 7am to practice some accounting exercises with a friend, because I had an exam at the university and as I had not reviewed the subject I thought it was very complicated, but the truth, it turned out to be easier than I thought and I know I did very well in this exam. 🙏🏼

Since I left early, I took the opportunity to go with a friend from the university to go see some things in the malls “Gran Bazar” and "Cima", we bought something to eat and we finished seeing some things to go home.

Today I didn’t go to train because I honestly needed a rest, on Tuesday I went to the gym and yesterday I did a very tiring dropset, I knew that if I went today I wouldn’t perform well and that’s why I decided not to go. Also, due to several exams at the university lately I haven’t rested at all and rest is something very essential in sport.
