I was so busy yesterday.I did not publish Actifit’s post yesterday.
Today I am free and I published actifit’s post.

Today…I ate the breakfast at the tea shop.I walked a little bit from my house to the tea shop.This is my morning exercise.

After working of my job,I go back to my house.I walked from the bus stop to my house.This is my evening exercise.

Actifit is my daily exercise application as a job.

Today I bought Water Bottle.
(1)Water Bottle-L1-(15AFIT)

Today… I reached only 5K steps.

I live actifit.
