We’re all really tired after another dog rescue transport over to Holbrook this afternoon so we’re back home late and ready for sleep.
At least I had the time to go out for an early 2 miles before we headed out. A nice Autumn morning with just enough sun to take away the overnight chill. Lulu got to run around with her friend Dolly and I felt good today but a long afternoon on the highway was ahead.
We got up go our pick up spot in Flagstaff for me to add another couple of miles to my day with a couple of loops around the meet area. Plenty of paths and back roads to keep me off of the busy city streets. A lot cooler up in the altitude of Flagstaff and it felt good to have the opportunity to stretch my legs and relax before our 2 hour time with Teddy the rescue.
Teddy was a big furry sweetheart and fortunate to have been rescued from a high-kill shelter in CA.
Hope he quickly finds a new forever family and has a long and happy life.
