Hey Actifit Frens! Obviously, I had a very epic day today knocking out over 16,000 steps on the day. I got the vast majority of these steps, walking around at battleship Cove with my family, taking them on a tour of a destroyer and a battleship. After that, I jumped on the indoor cycle for about 30 something minutes and got through two challenges. so it was a fairly epic day and I hope you enjoy the picture for this post
