Hey Actifit frens! I had a very good weekend day today! I spent the vast majority of the morning getting a lot of steps in while cleaning my house. I did a smashup job and got a lot done. Then I did a elliptical challenge which was very difficult and over 30 minutes, mostly uphill. Got a lot of steps in on the elliptical. Then chased the kids around the house all evening.
