The Alive Chat topic for Friday is Share Your Friday - What Are You Up To Today? Here’s a summary of my Friday. After a little morning exercise, I had do do some errands and then got some office work done until afternoon. I picked my daughter up from school, took her to guitar lessons and did some food shopping. Then we came home, ate some dinner, went for a short walk, did some homework, watched some TV, read a little bit and went to sleep. In reflection, a really nice day.

Through working towards my goals and working to appreciate every moment, I am #AliveAndThriving. I hope your day is full of positive experiences, and look forward to reporting on tomorrow’s adventures in being alive!
