After a long while I decided to get back to weight lifting today. Not my preferred activity in the world but I realized I loss a significant amount of muscle so I thought it would be a good decision.
I started easy because as I said I’m kinda rusty so it wasn’t too bad but I bet my arms will be banged up tomorrow!
I also went for a run in the evening to try and make it to 10k steps but I was way too tiresiand decided to call it a night.
