Today was a Bank Holiday so I decided to finally do my first bike climb off the year. With the sensations I had while cycling on small climbs I was rather conservative and considering I wouldn’t be able to get up that hill, but in the end I did and even about 20" quicker than last year. :-) it’s a Cat 3 climb of 5.8km at 5.3% with 300m climbing (70m-370m over sea level) What a coincidence… Looking it up I’ve been climbing it 3 years in a row for the first time off the year in exactly the same weekend!
Some activities with the kids this afternoon made me reach the 20 000 steps today!
