Wykonawca próbował zwalić winę na architekta, że nie zaznaczył na planie zagospodarowania terenu studni, ale zaznaczył, więc czekamy na koparkę, która będzie szukać. Wykonawca nie dogadał się też w ogóle z drugim (tym razem moim wykonawcą) od podłogówki i budowa wstrzymana do 7 lipca. Wiedzą o tym, że komunikacja u wykonawcy leży, zadzwoniłem do jego podwykonawcy (choć precyzyjnie powinienem był powiedzieć, że delegowałem tą rozmowę @asia-pl) i wejdzie z elewacją w przyszłym tygodniu. Gdybyśmy nie zadzwonili, to by czekał na kontakt od generalnego.

The contractor tried to blame the architect for not marking the well on the development plan, but he did, so we are waiting for an excavator to look for the lost well. The contractor did not reach an agreement at all with the other flooring contractor (this time my contractor) and the construction was suspended until July 7. We already know know that the contractor’s communication is poor, I called his subcontractor (although I should have precisely said that I delegated this conversation to @asia-pl) and he will install the façade next week. If we hadn’t called, he would have been waiting for a contact from the general manager.
