Today, I manage to do some workout before Christmas begins, it’s the 24th of December in my place. Great thing the gym was open and I had the gym all for myself!
I managed to walk from my place to the gym, it’s 1.7km away about 10 minutes walk, so that’s a good warm up!
I’m just coming back to the gym and did some pre-conditioning whole body workout and it’s as follow:
STRETCHING 5 Minute
WARM UP
Jump ropes 10 minutes
CHEST
Bench press 2 sets x 15 repetition
Inclined Bench press 2 sets x 15 repetition
Inclined dumbbell flies 2 sets x 15 repetition
Dips 3 sets x 6-8 repetition
BACK
Wide pull ups 2 sets x 4-6 repetition
T bar row 2 sets x 15 repetition
Barbell bent over row 4 sets x 10 repetition
Cable row 3 sets x 12 repetition
Lat pull down 4 sets x 10 repetition
Barbell squats 2 sets x 15 repetition
LEGS
Leg curls 2 sets x 15 repetition
Leg extension 2 sets x 15 repetition
Leg press 2 sets x 15 repetition
Deadlift 4 sets x 10 repetition
SHOULDER
Front Raise 2 sets x 15 repetition
Side lateral Raise 2 sets x 15 repetition
Bend over side lateral raise 2 sets x 15 repetition
Shoulder Press 4 sets x 10 repetition
I had a few minutes of rest before walking back home, I feel like this is the best time to start my 2023 being Physically fit and healthy and getting back in shape because three months from now it’s summer! Looking forward to a better me! 😁🫰
