We were back on the saddle this evening and it was a painful ride down the main road out of town.

I pushed at 90% for the 7 miles and the sweat soaked through all my clothing. It was 103 degrees today. Why is it so hot?

I love cycling with the boys.

I walked through Lowe’s this afternoon, and I walked to the grocery store this evening. The neighborhood watchcat 🐈‍⬛ was at his post this evening.
