Maybe it’s too much, but I had to do it. I purchased 2 sticks of 4130 chromoly round tubing to cut down for og bmx seat post. The $10 marketplace huffy now has a 24” seatpost that cost me $26.50 not including the $35 chop saw I purchased on OfferUp.

It looks a little silly now, but I plan on bending the tube to make a layback post. I put one of my chromoly bmx bars on the bike as well, so the generic Walmart bike has some high end alloy attitude now.

It’s rainy now, so I did about a mile in light rain. Kids bikes are always fun.

All other activity today was working around the interior of the house.

Busy building and repairing old bicycles and parts.
