It was a very physical day, and I had to take a midday nap to refresh my brain.
I woke up to severe hamstring cramps, and it took over 10 minutes to recover.
I ate a banana and a tablespoon of yellow mustard to help relax my leg biceps.
I stopped by my favorite rite aid, and a very sexy Martha Stewart was looking me up and down at the checkout.
