He works in a pharmacy. I sell and make drugs, and often my job is to advise people on their health. It is easier to go to the pharmacy than wait to see a doctor. At work, I am on my feet all day, so a lot of steps will count there. Today it was about 8,000.

After returning home, I had a lot of chores and I had to do some shopping at a supermarket. My daughter suffered because I didn’t take her for a walk today … but she spent her time driving in a shopping cart.

I am very tired, it is time to go to sleep, tomorrow I have to take my little daughter for a walk!

Koniec dni wolnych czas wrócić do pracy. Kilka dni wolnych i człowiek się rozleniwił. Powrót do pracy zawsze jest tragiczny kiedy musisz wstać rano. Jestem ogólnie nocnym markiem i nienawidzę rano wstawać. Teraz do porannego wstawania "motywuje mnie moja córka, ale dalej ciężko podnieść mi się z łóżka.

Z zawodu jestem farmaceutą i pracuje w aptece. Sprzedaje i robie leki, często moja praca polega też na doradzaniu ludzi pod względem ich zdrowia. Łatwiej jest iść do apteki niż czekać w kolejce do lekarza. W pracy cały dzień jestem na nogach więc sporo kroków będzie się tam zaliczać. Dzisiaj było to około 8 tysięcy.

Po powrocie do domu miałem dużo obowiązków domowych plus zrobić duże zakupy w markecie. Ucierpiała na tym moja córka, ponieważ tatuś nie zabrał jej dzisiaj na spacerek… za to spędziła czas jeżdżąc w wózkou sklepowym.

Jestem mega zmęczony czas iść spać jutro córeczkę trzeba zabrać na spacer!
