Third gym day in a row, feels pretty good, been a while since I had consistency! Back and hamstring day + a bit of abs. Little 30 minutes solid bike session 🤟🏼 might manage to get down to 245lbs before end of April if I watch my intakes and keep going with the cardio 🤟🏼🤟🏼 This report was published via Actifit app (Android | iOS).
