Hello Everyone! Happy Sunday. Welcome back. Thanks for stopping by. Here’s my workout report of the day.
I did some exercises this morning starting with stretching and warmup exercises on the floor using dumbbells, resistance band and fit ball. After that I took a walk a few blocks around the neighborhood.
Returned home and continued doing a little house chores around the house.
I took a short nap later in the afternoon and that is pretty much it for my stepping activity for today.
