Happy Thursday,

And welcome back to another fitness report. Thanks very much for stopping by once again.

Had a nice wonderful walk this morning under the big blanket of soft grey clouds along with gentle cool breeze. That was awesome.

Got back home prior to 10 and managed to achieve 12k steps.

At home just chilling out in front of the tV watching the news while very anticipating and very excited to watch the last and final RNC that’ll be held tonight. Lots of enthusiasm in this convention.

This afternoon, I walked in the trail for about half an hour. It was windy and that was nice. Saw a squirrel up on the tree.
