Were been on a market yesterday.

I bought this fish for our pussy cats for $1 for three ties, so I cooked it called “pinais” like steam using vinegar, but my sister said it tasted delicious and was her favorite type of appetizer. I’ve been trying to taste it lately, and it’s perfect for my rice breakfast and lunch. Maybe next time I’ll buy a kilo for us and our nine lovely cats, but @dirzett doesn’t like this type of fish dish.

My sister is on a diet, and she told me that I’ll never skip breakfast, lunch, or dinner if I don’t have rice partner with this viand.

It’s already cooked and smells good because the ginger cancels out the odor, so I added garlic slices and onion slices. There is a salty fish sauce known as “patis.”
