Hello, my respected friends.

Today is the same as usual. I woke up early and exercised with my wife. But today I woke up a bit late.

While walking to exercise, I saw that the atmosphere at that time was very good, so I took some beautiful pictures to share with my friends. It was a picture of light hitting the horizon, making it colorful and beautiful. There were also beautiful trees. I also took pictures of the Trang River, where villagers were fishing. It was a peaceful nature in the morning.
While running, I met some neighbors who were also exercising. After that, we ran until we completed the round as planned and then went to an old coffee shop. My wife bought some snacks to give to the monks like every day because the monks have been collecting alms since early morning.
Then we walked back to the house on the side of the road to feed the fish. After feeding the fish, we walked back to the garden. My wife prepared breakfast and coffee. I fed the animals and took the cows to eat grass. My wife fed my mother who could not take care of herself. Then we helped Lift him up on the wheelchair to take him to take a bath.
In the meantime, a relative came to visit and brought some snacks and apples. Then I told him that there were a lot of bamboo shoots growing there, so he should go and look. After that, he went to collect bamboo shoots. As for me, I sat down and continued writing the article.

สวัสดีครับเพื่อนๆที่เคารพรักทุกๆท่าน

วันนี้ก็เช่นเคยนะครับ ตื่นเช้ามาก็ออกกำลังกายกับภรรยา 2 คนนะครับ แต่วันนี้ ตื่นสายหน่อยครับ 

ในระหว่างที่เดินไปออกกำลังกายนั้น ผมเห็น บรรยากาศ ในตอนนั้น ดีมากครับก็เลยเก็บภาพ สวยๆ มา แชร์ ให้เพื่อนๆให้ ชมครับ มันเป็นภาพที่มีแสงขึ้นมากระทบกับขอบฟ้า ทำให้มีสีสันน่าดูครับ และมีต้นไม้ขึ้นอยู่สวยงามครับ แล้วก็ผมได้เก็บภาพริมแม่น้ำตรังซึ่งมี ชาวบ้าน ออกหาปลา ดูในบริเวณนั้นด้วย เป็นธรรมชาติที่สงบ ในยามเช้า
ระหว่างวิ่งอยู่นั้นก็ได้เจอกับ เพื่อนบ้านออกมาเดิน ออกกำลังกาย เช่นกันครับ ต่อจากนั้นเราก็วิ่งไปจนครบรอบตามที่ กำหนดไว้ แล้วก็ เลยไป ร้านกาแฟ ร้าน เก่าครับ ภรรยาได้ซื้อขนมมา ใส่บาตร เหมือนเช่นทุกวันครับเพราะพระท่านเดินบิณฑบาตอยู่ ตั้งแต่เช้ามืด ครับ
แล้วเราก็เดินกลับมาที่บ้าน ริมถนน เพื่อให้อาหารปลา ให้อาหารปลาเสร็จแล้วเดินกลับมา ในสวนครับ ภรรยาจะเตรียม อาหารเช้าและ กาแฟ ส่วนผมให้อาหารสัตว์ และ นำวัว ไป กินหญ้า ครับ ภรรยา ป้อนอาหารให้คุณแม่ซึ่ง ช่วยเหลือตัวเองไม่ได้ เสร็จแล้วเราก็ช่วย ยกท่านขึ้นรถเข็นเพื่อนำท่านไป อาบน้ำครับ
ในระหว่างนั้นญาติก็มาเยี่ยมพอดีและนำขนมและแอปเปิ้ลมาฝากด้วยครับ แล้ว ผมก็บอกว่า มีหน่อไม้ขึ้นอยู่ เยอะ ให้ท่านลองไปดู ต่อจากนั้นท่านก็ไปเก็บหน่อไม้ ครับ ส่วนผมก็มานั่งเขียนบทความ ต่อ ครับ
เรื่องราวในวันนี้ผมก็มีเพียงเท่านี้ครับ แล้วเราค่อยต่อในวันพรุ่งนี้นะครับ
