I am now 37 weeks pregnant so lots of activity is no longer possible. But swimming is great! I get to feel pretty weightless and it is easier to move around. Its also nice in hot weather, so perfect exercise for me. I went to the pool with a friend I made in the pregnancy group, we are about the same pregnancy length now.

Had a lovely hour of doing laps very slowly of course and then another hour just floating around in the hotter pool as we got a bit cold in the end in the 50 meter pool.
