Today I am doing my usual walking, the sun was punishing hard, I should take an umbrella or go out a few hours later, but the departure from work was a little earlier than usual, since we did not have electricity.
I was very happy to talk with the young people from work, they support me in the knowledge of this new world that is hive, I like many niches but I identify with Actifit a lot because it is an incentive to perform physical activities that contributes to the maintenance of people’s health and well-being.

Hoy realice mi acostumbrado caminar, el sol castigaba fuerte, debo tomar una sombrilla o salir unas horas más tardes, pero la salida del trabajo fue un poco antes de lo habitual, ya que no teníamos fluido electrico.
