Hi friends, I started today’s actifit modus operandi with early morning roadwalk, I walked a long distance from my lodge to the University where I’m schooling after which I returned and did some house chores and other activities and then went back to school for some lectures, attended a fellowship after classes, had a good time with friends and called it a day.
