The sky staged a spectacle this morning—heavy clouds tangled with golden light, like a curtain call before a storm. The temperature had taken a sudden dive, and a brisk wind whipped through Mierendorffinsel. I followed my usual route, stopping at my favorite corners for breathwork; the air, sharper than usual, made each inhale feel like an awakening. The graffiti Wall of Fame stood unchanged, still echoing old stories in fresh paint. But further northeast, something new sparked curiosity—the skatepark, now officially open to the public had its inauguration at midday today. Near the water police station, a full fire brigade launched their boat toward a major training exercise. It was a sight that stirred something—discipline dancing with drama. And the sky? It didn’t disappoint. I brought back epic wide-angle photos for you to marvel about.

Der Himmel lieferte heute eine echte Show—dramatische Wolken vermischten sich mit goldenen Lichtstrahlen wie bei einem letzten Vorhang vor dem Sturm. Die Temperatur stürzte heute kräftig ab, und ein frischer Wind fegte über die Mierendorffinsel. Ich lief meine gewohnte Route, hielt an den vertrauten Orten für Atemübungen; die klare Luft ließ jeden Atemzug wie ein neues erwachen wirken. An der Graffiti Wall of Fame war nichts Neues zu sehen, die alten Farben erzählten weiterhin ihre Geschichten. Doch weiter nordöstlich blitzte etwas Frisches auf: der neue Skatepark, jetzt öffentlich zugänglich und heute Mittag feierlich eröffnet. Ich sah ausserdem zu, wie an der Station der Wasserpolizei eine komplette Feuerwehrtruppe mit ihrem Boot zur großen Übung aufbrach, ein Anblick, der Disziplin und Dramatik vereinte. Und der Himmel? Der legte nochmal nach. Ich hab euch epische Weitwinkelfotos zum staunen mitgebracht.
