This morning’s walk, after a string of long workdays, felt like a much-needed reset. The air was damp with a soft spray of rain, though still strangely warm for the end of September. Despite the odd warmth, the cool mist felt refreshing, like nature’s way of recharging my senses. I followed my usual rhythm with breathing exercises and a quick meditation, letting the calm settle in. As I passed the old oak tree, which I’ve come to call the Dreamcatcher’s Nest, I noticed the bright, golden chicken of the woods still flourishing inside so i took another picture for you to enjoy.
