A beautiful summer day here in the Northern Hemisphere.

The roses are blooming and the sun is shining.

Just a few short walks with Lola today since she does not like this hot weather.

She needs to take lots of breaks and drink lots of water.

I had a nice long kayak today. This time I started out against the wind so I had it push me all the way home on the return trip.

Great work out but I don’t get many steps paddling.
