Good day Actifitters! I wasn’t able to post yesterday because my watch won’t connect to my phone. So I decided to post my yesterday’s activity today.

In the morning, I checked the plants to make sure that there’s no pest.

In the afternoon, I did a little cardio exercise. It was cut short because I have to drive my wife from the clinic to the hospital. Most of my activity was walking.
