Today was Saturday but instead of the normal activities, my daughter was unwell so we were at the doctors.

Anyway, later in the day I managed to get some gym training done on the gymnastic rings.

As the evening started I could see the glistening sun lighting up the distant city.

Tonight I decided to get my steps by walling to the river not far from the airport. I sat there by myself watching the planes for almost an hour.

There was this one plane, that I felt a connection to, the red light flashed in time with my heart beat, I watched it fly into the distance wondering where it was going and who it was taking, and why I felt a connection.
