Ready to Go - My Actifit Report Card: February 17 2025

An extra day off for a long weekend without work to do has definitely allowed me to catch up on chores, errands and some well needed rest for both mind and body. We were up at a reasonable time to get to the gym for an early workout. I continued my weight training routine which remains long for these next two weeks so it was challenging to get all the sets in before the family was ready to go home. I had to sacrifice time at the Spa as the time was not enough but it got replaced with a great breakfast when we got back home.

I still worked on a couple of small chores around the house without much stress or rush. I was done really early that I though the afternoon would be good to go out for a short walk just to get some fresh air and Sun as the weather remains pretty good. I am looking to start the transition from this strength training program to start preparing for a 5K race that is coming up soon. I will need to be careful not to put too much load but am confidente that the timing will work well for great overall results.
