This will be the week that things get difficult to make the most out of my time off as many are back at work and my emails have been crazy since the start of the day. My thought is to get to the gym first thing in the morning to get that out of the way before tackling other errands and chores which remain pending before even considering work. However, that is easier said than done due to how many of things overlap during the day. Time off does not come often so I need to get all my personal stuff done before returning.
In terms of my fitness, I did accomplish my workout this morning with an Alpha Strength class which was not too bad as I think I am getting stronger over time. I then treated myself to the Spa and even dipped into the Cold Plunge again which is catching on to me as I am feeling great after leaving the gym for a good amount of time. Still had some pending items to do but also took a handful of calls from work as I multitasked to my best ability.
