The end to a long week at work which was a challenge from a workout standpoint. Happy it ended today with enough to get my activity goal done for the day just with my walking through the terminals as I took advantage of time waiting before my flight to get done some pacing.

I got home early enough to enjoy the family and getting ready for some chores this weekend. They have piled up as projects are almost done and cleaning is needed.
