Bush Stone=curlews at my son’s place. They have been living in his front and back yard ever since he moved in. They can live up to 20 years and have a wing span of 60cm and can stand up to about the same height, too. They can be very still and blend well into and back ground, which can help with photography when we’re in the right place. The weird thing is the way they sit on there legs, it just does not seem right and they are as quiet as a mouse other than this awful mating screech they can do in the middle of the night.

Fitness wise, it was a morning run, yard work, and an afternoon stroll.

I think we spotted an orchid.
