Photo credit to the parkrun volunteer photographer of me finishing my 7th parkrun at Logan River. In a time of 23:08, I was first in my age group, but there was an older bloke in front of me luckily he was in an older age group. LOL.

It was a busy day fitness wise as I dis a 2km warm up before parkrun and an after stroll down by the bay after visiting my Mum for morning tea and my son at his new place.

The Ruver also has an old red bridge over it, I missed taking a photo of it today but there was a mural on a toilet block where we parked the car.
