47 running kilometres for the week and feeling pretty good other than a bit heavy. Happy to have the ankle under control now.
I would like to have done a bit of a bike and swim as well but it might have to wait until my body gets used to this higher cadence thing, which over all is easy but very different on legs.
A bit of yard work and house chores to finish a good week. Lawn mowing, edging and hedging.
