Morning run then a hot and humid day at work. Made even hotter by the fact that I was working near the steam values. Wiring up a control panel was lucky I was not up and down stairs all day but still managed 30k activity count with our regular afternoon walk in the nature as well.

The walk was pleasant with a cooling breeze after the heat of the day had past.
