Perfect week, Fitness wise at least…

This was a terrible week for crypto and for me, since I had some funds on FTX that I think I won’t be seeing anytime soon. Even when the whole bankruptcy procedure is finished I bet we won’t be receiving more than 50% of our FTX holdings.
It is hard to not think about the whole situation and getting frustrated about everything that is going on but at the end of the day it won’t make a difference so I’m trying to distance myself and just keep focused on what matters.

On a more positive note I was able to keep my fitness routine going and did a perfect week! The 10 km run was extremely hard, I had to keep resisting my instinct to slow down. I just kept pushing and after the seventh kilometre the pain was gone I was just numb but able to keep going at a decent pace.

Just this week I was able to:

  • Lose 0.7 Kg
  • Beat my best 5 Km run time: 29’10’’
  • Beat my best 10 Km run time: 64’45’’

I’m getting closer to my objectives every week and my hard work is paying off. I can finally fit into some of my old clothes which was one of my main drives to start exercising more often.
