Today was a great day at basketball. We only had 11 guys. So I had to play most of the games. It was very tiring, but I feel like I ran up and down the court, okay? Last week I told you how I made a 3-pointer, which was rare for me. This week I made another 3-pointer but this time it was a game winner which is super rare for me. I’ve never been one of those clutch players. Like some people when they’re put on the spot, they perform better, but that’s never been me. It worked out like thay today though. I also made another 3 in an earlier game.
I finished the day with over 14,700 steps. I also had 176 active minutes and 13 flights of stairs. My goal was 14,000 steps, so…That’s a successful day.
I also logged all my meals today, which was my other goal. I came in at 62% of my calories from fat, which is pretty close to within my goal of 65%. So, I consider that an LCHF day. It all came out to about 1400 calories.
Continuing with the theme: Each night I post the song that was playing as I ended the workout and use that as the title for the post for that day. Today that song was Snow by Red Hot Jelly Peppers. Now much to say about this song, it’s easy to listen to. That’s about it. I’m sure it’s deeper than that, but I just haven’t ever got into it.
