Today, I did a new workout! I did dumbell clean and jerk. I had done clean and jerks in the past, but never with dumbells. I’ll tell you what, I never thought it would be such a good workout. If you’re unfamiliar with clean and jerks, these are usually performed with a bar and are a staple exercise for weight lifting competitions. I really like it because it is a full body workout and really gets me pumped. My calculator says it was only 210 calories, but it felt like a lot more.
I got over 7000 steps again today, but I got over 22 flights of stairs. I’m starting to feel powerful again, and I like it. Well, ive got to get this posted. I’ll talk to y’all later.
