I got the last of the dead wood discarded from the rock roses today. Next week I can start removing some of the blackberry trimmings and clean up the yard. Most of the blackberries have been harvested this season and I need to start trimming the hedge back some more.

Other than that I mostly rested. My right hip and left foot are feeling better but I need to place myself so that I don’t do too much with them. I would play disc golf every day but that doesn’t seem like a good idea for me physically. I’ve been playing better after limiting the number of rounds that I play each week.
