I got up today, as usual, early in the morning, then went to work on foot in order to do some exercise, because I work in an office, and work requires sitting for a full day, and this is what caused me complex health problems, so I decided to become a walker at least three days a week.
Doctors also recommend walking, because it has many benefits, including: - Maintaining cardiovascular health and enhancing the strength and activity of blood circulation.

  • Enhance the function of the immune system.
  • Strengthening bones, muscles and joints.
    Reducing body fat and burning calories and thus contributing to weight loss, especially during brisk walking.
