I got COVID. Starting out i thought it was a cold, but I was flat out exhausted for a couple days. Then the babies and toddler got fevers and my wife had the cough so everybody got tested.
Symptoms came and went, cycling through light fever, cough, and congestion, but with exhaustion being a regular feature. Even after getting over everything else it still took time to get my energy back, and this was the first day I have cleared 5k steps in more than a month.
I missed my Grandpa’s funeral, Thanksgiving, and the first few Sundays of Advent. My sister sent me a picture of my Grandpa though.
